Abstract Guidelines :
APM-2025 welcomes high quality cutting edge research articles in the relevant areas from academia. R&D organizations and industries to discuss their innovative ideas in line with the conference theme. The conference invites abstracts in the form of oral and poster presentations. Participants are requested to submit one page abstract (350 words) emphasizing their research objectivės, and outcomes.
The abstracts for Oral presentations should be in Arial (A4) and must be prepared as per the following format mentioned below.
- Title should be in bold with font size of 16.
- Author name (s) and affiliation in the subsequent lines as central alignment with font size of 14 and 12 respectively.
- The presenting author should be underlined with Email-ID in italics (Font size of 12).
- The text of Abstract should be in font size of 12 and line spacing of 1.5 along with 3-5 keywords

- Acceptance of abstracts will be intimated through e-mail after scrutiny by subject experts & selected papers will be published in conference proceedings.
Poster Presentation:
The poster session is proposed to highlight the R&D activities in various fields of polymer science, petrochemicals, and its allied areas. A committee comprising eminent scientists will make its decision on the best posters presented at the conference.
Poster Specifications
- Language: English
- Orientation: Portrait (A0 size: 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches)
- Format: Follow the poster template specified below
- Title: Positioned at the top, followed by the author(s) name and affiliation
- Presenting author: The presenting author’s name should be underlined, with the email address in italics underlined, with Email-ID in italics
- Graphs/Charts: Utilize different colors, textures, and symbols for clarity
- Poster Submission: Participants are required to print their posters and bring them to the conference
